Tuition Policies
All payments are to be completed online through the Elite Dance & Aerial Mindbody Software. Students must have an online account with updated payment information. Monthly tuition will be paid through auto-pay linked to the credit/debit card on file with the account.
There will be 9 monthly tuition payments from September to May. Tuition will be drawn out of the account on the 1st of each month. Tuition payments remain the same each month no matter how many classes have been held in the month. Classes missed for holidays are made up throughout the calendar year.
Dance and Aerial classes are scheduled to meet 33 times during the 2025/2026 year. In the event of any cancellations, make-up classes will be scheduled during the holiday weeks. If a class meets less than 32 weeks without make-up classes, the account will be credited at the last tuition payment of the season.
Late fees will apply if a card is declined and if the payment information is not promptly updated. All accounts will be subject to late fees if they are late. 1 week late - $5, 2 weeks late $10, 3 weeks late $15, 4 weeks and beyond $20 late fee.
If you choose to discontinue a class, you must send an email to bksdanceaerial@outlook.com at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled payment. Tuition will not be refunded once charges have been complete. A student will lose their spot in the class once they pause tuition or leave the program.
Any costume fees, competition entry fees, choreography fees, ticket purchases, apparel orders, etc. will be charged separately and are non-refundable once processed.
Make-up Class Policy: Any missed classes must be made up during the semester when the classes were missed. There are no exceptions to this policy. Semesters run for sixteen weeks in length and allow plenty of time for make-up classes to be scheduled with the EDA Office Manager. We appreciate your understanding of how make-up classes impact the studio’s upcoming programs.
Aerial Make-up Class Policy: We understand that students are going to miss class from time to time. However, Aerialists must try their best to be in attendance for their specific weekly class. This directly impacts the safety of the students and keeps us within ratio. To schedule a make-up Aerial class, please email the studio within one week of the absence and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please note that make-up options are limited, and we cannot guarantee all requests will be granted. Aerialists must stay within their appropriate level placement at all times. Due to scheduling restrictions, students may attend a maximum of two Aerial make-ups per semester. There will be no make-ups during showcase week or the week before. Make-up classes do not roll over to the next semester.
